Jakarta – For MMS Group Indonesia (MMSGI), education is about hope for a better future. On National Education Day 2025, MMSGI reaffirms its commitment to providing access to decent, quality education for every child of the nation.

Through its subsidiaries, it continues to strive to be present in the community through tangible and sustainable educational programs. These include providing scholarships for elementary, secondary, and tertiary levels, renovating learning facilities, and providing capacity-building training for students.

One of the milestone programs is an initiative by MMSGI subsidiary, PT Mulia Harapan Utama (MHU). Since 2019, MHU has consistently implemented Package A, B, and C equivalency education programs for communities surrounding the company's operational areas, particularly those without elementary, middle, or high school diplomas. As a result, many participants are now pursuing higher education.

Furthermore, MHU also supports the development of vocational education. Scholarships are awarded to students at SMK Wikrama 1 Garut and SMK Wikrama Bogor—two leading vocational schools specializing in information technology. This support targets high-achieving students and those from underprivileged families, enabling them to pursue their education without the financial burden.

At the higher education level, in 2023, MHU awarded full scholarships to 20 students from Kutai Kartanegara University (Unikarta). These scholarships not only cover tuition fees but also cover basic necessities such as dormitory, meals, transportation, and even English language and entrepreneurship training, providing preparation for the competitive world of work.

From MMSGI to Bigger Dreams

This year, MMSGI's commitment continues through a CSR program titled "Dream Bigger," in collaboration with the Life After Mine (LINE) Foundation. The primary focus is the renovation of the Syarif Hidayatullah School building in Cilincing, North Jakarta. This year-long program aims to create a more suitable and comfortable learning environment for students.
MMSGI believes that development is more than just physical. Therefore, this program also encourages all employees to participate, from donating to volunteering as teachers. This involvement is expected to foster empathy and real contributions within the company, while also providing direct inspiration to students in the field.

This initiative reflects MMSGI's vision to grow with the community and create meaningful long-term impact, as we believe that education today is the best provision for Indonesia's future.
